Sea Dreams
Statement:
Each Sea Dreams piece is a watercolor of a classic sailing yacht painted over vivid dreams I remember and record in what at times is almost automatic writing and always free writing. The pieces are titled with the name of the vessel I’ve painted but each piece has a secret subtitle which comes from the dream. Only the owner is told the subtitle and about the dream if they wish.
Erasing & ghost imaging is as important to the piece as is the watercolor we see and some of the text one may be able to make out.
